Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team focused on maintenance, production, planning, and quality to ensure efficiency and productivity in alignment with global quality standards and timelines.
2. Enhance production processes, reduce cycle times, and develop plans for preventive maintenance.
3. Collaborate effectively with business development, supply chain, and the global management team.
4. Oversee the production process to ensure efficient operations, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards.

6. Assist in the preparation and management of the operations budget, monitoring expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing necessary safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
8. Analyze production data and metrics, prepare detailed reports for senior management to track performance and support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field a Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within manufacturing or a related industry.
3. Proficient in English and Thai, with a solid understanding of Thai work culture.
4. Knowledge of steel, metal welding and assembly, heat exchanger, or automotive industries and relevant technologies.
5. Proven leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive operational success.
6. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
8. Familiarity with project management principles to oversee operations efficiently.
9. Expertise in production and process improvement.
10. Understanding global quality standards and work efficiency.
11. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
