Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery targets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, automotive regulations, and internal policies
- Lead, develop, and motivate plant leadership teams and employees
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Commercial teams to optimize operations
- Implement operational best practices and maintain high-performance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Fluency in English and Thai
