- Technical support to the production line and handle production line issues.
- Machine/Tooling parameter set up and record.
- Support trial production and problem handling of new products at each stage from prototype to mass production.
- Support ME Engineer/Manager verification of New Machine,tooling or fixtures for new product production lines.
- Support ME Engineer/Manager for new and mass production product working hours, and calculate production capacity.
- Support ME Engineer/Manager line balance of the existing product activity, reduce waste in the production line, and improve efficiency.
- Support QSHE, 5S and Kaizen activities.
