Job Description

Quality management and preliminary investigation for rotor assembly line

Responsibilities

• Product audit management and preliminary investigation for rotor assembly line
• Drive preventive quality management for EM business (14Q, QAM, control plan, FMEA line-walks)
• Participate in Process-FMEA moderation for new product launches and relocation/localization projects
• Enhance quality mindset of manufacturing team
• Close collaboration with DBE for Layered Process Confirmation (LPC), 14Q in shopfloor
• Process audit coordination
• Customer complain, 8D, and concession management
• Other assignments from manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with engineering background or related field, Mechatronic or mechanical engineering is preferable.
• Basic knowledge on manufacturing, machine and equipment, Willingness to travel oversea
• Professional experience in quality or manufacturing, Good knowledge in quality control system, Control plan and FMEA according to IATF16949
• Project leading skills, Analytical and intellectual skills, Continuous improvement mindset, Cost-focus mindset, Analytical and intellectual skills, Advance problem solving skill
