Job Description

Job Profile

To develops and executes strategies to ensure timely reimbursement and patient access for all of our products. Key responsibilities include negotiating with government stakeholders, building relationships with payers and hospital leaders, conducting health economics (HEOR) and value dossiers, and monitoring local policy changes to drive product uptake.

Job Responsibility

Strategy & Planning: Create comprehensive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies to ensure minimal barriers to launch.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with Thai health authorities, National Health System officials, formulary committees, and hospital decision-makers.

Reimbursement & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for inclusion in the National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM), National Health Security Organization (NHSO), reimbursement lists, and private hospital formularies. Foster high-level scientific and medical interactions with regulatory and reimbursement authorities.

Value Proposition & HEOR: Develop value dossiers, pricing proposals, and budget impact models to demonstrate cost-effectiveness.

Market Intelligence: Monitor local health policy, reimbursement rules, and competitive trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align access strategies with business objectives.

Job Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or related fields; Post-graduate in Health Economics or Epidemiology preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in market access, health economics, or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of Thailand's reimbursement system (NLEM/NHSO) and HTA principles.
  • Capabilities: Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills (Excel, modeling).
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
