Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring and managing hotel partners for our payment solutions across all parts of Thailand. This role owns the full commercial lifecyclefrom pitching and contracting to onboarding, transaction growth, and long-term account management.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Commercials
Acquire new hotel partners (merchants) for our payment solutions to be used at all point-of-sale payments for the hotels (restaurants, spas, bars, front office, OTA virtual credit cards)
Negotiate commercial terms, fee structure, deployment schedules, number of machines
Account Management & Portfolio Expansion
Manage key accounts post-onboarding, ensuring transaction growth, device utilization, and retention.
Execute referral programs among existing hotel merchants to drive new hotel leads and portfolio expansion.
Identify and monitor upsell opportunities: property expansion, cross-property rollout, PMS integration.
Tracking, Reporting & Strategy
Track performance: hotels converted, total transactions growth and maintenance, churn risk
Collect feedback from hotels to improve product offerings
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years in Sales/ Business Development (hotel technology, payments, SaaS), Market Management (OTA), Account Management (e-commerce).
Holds relationships with hotels in Thailand and is experienced in closing deals and managing accounts.
Strong commercial negotiation and partner management skills.
Fluency in Thai and good command of English.
