About The Team
We are the commercial engine behind Traveloka's accommodation business — and our patch is the independent hotels that give every Southeast Asian destination its character. From a boutique stay in Bali to a family-run inn in Da Nang, you sign the properties, shape the pricing, and make sure travelers find them at the right price, every time. This is a market built region by region, owner by owner, not from a Western playbook handed down.
You will own real partner relationships, negotiate the deals, and watch your destination climb in supply, competitiveness, and conversion. You think like an operator and a dealmaker, you read a market fast, and you turn a single hotel conversation into measurable growth. About The Job
As a Market Coordinator - 1 Year Contract (Regional Scope for Thailand & Singapore) in Accommodation Commercial operations, you own a slice of the day-to-day operation for your market — keeping accommodation supply healthy, competitive, and converting while you grow into independent problem-solving. You deliver through your own work as an individual contributor.
- Monitor supply availability, pricing competitiveness, and content quality across your country's properties, and act on the gaps
- Build and maintain the recurring reports and dashboards the team relies on to track performance
- Investigate why specific properties underperform — availability, price, content, ranking — and propose concrete fixes
- Execute operational workflows end to end with limited supervision, escalating only the genuinely ambiguous cases
- Coordinate with supply, pricing, and content colleagues to resolve issues that block a property from selling
- Turn raw funnel and supplier data into short, clear insights for your team's weekly reviews
- Document and refine SOPs as you spot friction, leaving each process a little better than you found it
Job Requirements
- You have early experience (internship or at least 1 year) in operations, analytics, e-commerce, or a marketplace.
- You are confident with spreadsheets and can structure data, build pivots, and present a tidy view of performance.
- You understand the basics of how online accommodation supply, pricing, and conversion fit together.
- You can break a vague problem into a few checkable hypotheses and work through them.
- You are organized and dependable, juggling several recurring tasks without dropping any.
- You use AI assistants and data tools to work faster, and you sanity-check what they give you.
- You communicate findings clearly and concisely in English, in writing and in person.
- You have a bachelor's degree in a business, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- You take initiative — you don't wait to be told that a number looks wrong.
