Support the Supply Team in the hotel onboarding process and ensure timely execution in line with agreed timelines
Collect, review, and validate the completeness and accuracy of hotel information (content, rates, inventory, and commercial terms) prior to go-live
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage data uploads and rate setup to ensure sales readiness
Monitor and manage rate extensions to maintain rate continuity and prevent out-of-sale situations
Deliver extranet/system training to partners to ensure operational readiness before launch
Track KPIs and SLAs related to onboarding efficiency and data accuracy
Ensure proper use of internal systems and business tools in accordance with company processes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve system or data-related issues
Perform other duties as assigned by the team manager
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations support, supply operations, e-commerce, OTA, or hotel industry is preferred; fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail with high standards of accuracy in work execution
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines
Good coordination and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a plus)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
