Key Responsibilities
- Market Promotion: Conduct proactive, on-the-ground (door-to-door) promotion of our premium shock absorber product line across Thailand.
- Customer Visits: Regularly visit auto repair shops, spare parts stores, distributors, and wholesalers to build strong relationships.
- Business Development: Introduce our products, competitive pricing, and partnership models to potential clients, converting leads into long-term cooperation.
- Client Management: Follow up on potential clients, manage trial orders, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Cross-Cultural Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between Thai customers and our China headquarters.
- Market Intelligence: Collect valuable feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, reporting directly back to the head office to inform sales strategy.
Qualifications
- Language:Must be fluent in both Thai and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively bridge communication between local customers and the China office.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, field promotion, or business development is required. Experience in the automotive parts or auto service industry is highly preferred.
- Network: Candidates with an existing network of contacts within auto repair shops, parts stores, or distribution channels will have a distinct advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Mindset: Diligent, eager to learn, and committed to driving results.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand and attend short-term training programs at factory in China.
- Cultural Fit: Experience working with Chinese companies or within Sino-Thai business environments is a strong plus.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (with frequent travel nationwide)
