Position Title: Market Manager / Senior Market Manager - 2 Positions
Based in Krabi. Phuket , Bangkok
You could be based in Krabi, Phuket or Bangkok, where Krabi & Phuket are remote working and managing local relationships with hotel partners.
Purpose:
The Market Manager's primary responsibility to onboard, develop, and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel and property products within their assigned territory with active availability & effective competitive pricing for TravelBullz global distribution.

We are seeking 3 dynamic Market Managers / Senior Market Managers to join our team in Thailand. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven professional with strong business acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in hotel contracting.

Responsibilities:
Expand and manage hotel partnerships: Build, onboard, and continuously grow a strong portfolio of local hotel partners aligned with company priorities.
Strengthen relationships: Develop and sustain long-term partnerships by providing data-driven insights, high-quality consulting, and marketing opportunities to hotel partners.
Deliver results: Execute against KPIs and strategic objectives with a sharp focus on targets and performance metrics.
Optimize hotel performance: Ensure hotel content, rates, and availability remain competitive and consistently optimized across platforms.
Represent the brand: Act as the local face of TravelBullz, enhancing our market presence with key industry stakeholders such as tourism bureaus, hotel associations, and influencers.
Drive portfolio growth: Identify, qualify, and engage key hotels and accommodation suppliers to expand market coverage.
Collaborate internally: Share market insights and partner needs with colleagues to improve business outcomes and ensure alignment.
Secure competitive advantages: Negotiate seasonal deals, dynamic promotions, and additional inventory during peak demand periods in line with company guidelines.
Reporting & reviews: Provide monthly KPI reports, conduct regular reviews with key hotels and chains, and collaborate closely with the operations team and leadership.
Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel contracting, revenue management, or distribution.
Sales managers/ ADOS/DOS from hotel sales or revenue teams may also apply.
Strong background in hotel revenue, e-commerce, or distribution, with proven success in managing major OTAs and online wholesalers (preferred).
Skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear and effective communication skills, able to engage across different levels and through multiple channels.
Independent and team-oriented mindset capable of working autonomously while contributing to overall team success.
Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, maintaining focus and delivering results under pressure.
Fluent in English and Thai, with strong written and verbal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology-driven solutions.
Passionate about innovation, data-driven decision-making, and adapting to dynamic business environments.
Strong analytical capabilities and a natural relationship builder.
