Position: Marketing Account Manager
Job Purpose
To manage multiple assigned business units across the Group and develop integrated marketing strategies for hospitality, property, and other diversified businesses, ensuring brand consistency, revenue growth, and effective coordination between Corporate and Business Units.
This role serves as a key marketing partner to multiple businesses under the Group portfolio, acting as an internal account manager responsible for end-to-end marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management (Multi-Business Portfolio)
- Act as the main point of contact for multiple assigned business units across different business segments
- Manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, property projects, and other business entities within the Group
- Oversee marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets for each assigned account
- Balance priorities and timelines across multiple businesses with different objectives and maturity stages
- Monitor performance and provide regular updates to management
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and individual business needs
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline) across various business types
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives effectively
- Ensure brand consistency while allowing flexibility to suit each business's positioning and target market
Corporate Coordination
- Support new business launches, hotel/property openings, rebranding, and special projects
- Act as a bridge between Corporate Marketing and individual Business Units
- Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and performance analysis for management and stakeholders
Reporting & Analysis
- Track marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness across multiple businesses
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities by business segment
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve brand performance and commercial outcomes
Qualifications & Skills:
