Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading and executing marketing activation for Absolute Siam brand, a unique and innovative retail concept under Siam Piwat. This role covers end-to-end marketing communication, brand storytelling, digital marketing, and event & promotion campaigns, with full ownership of execution and without direct team support. The position requires a hands-on marketer who can transform ideas into impactful campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive engagement with target audiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Develop and implement marketing communication plans aligned with Absolute Siam's brand positioning and business goals.
  • Create brand storytelling and campaign narratives that highlight Absolute Siam's uniqueness and lifestyle identity.
  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing events, retail promotions, and activation campaigns to enhance traffic and customer engagement.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including content creation, social media, paid ads, and performance analysis to maximize awareness and conversions.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from ideation, planning, and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and post-campaign reporting, without direct team support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and key partners to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation and ROI achievement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or fashion business.
  • Strong exposure to event management, digital marketing, and integrated brand campaigns.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and deliver brand storytelling.
  • Hands-on execution skills with the ability to work independently without direct team report.
  • Solid analytical skills with capability to interpret campaign performance and business impact.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Creative mindset with problem-solving ability, able to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
