Job Description

Lead Marketing and Branding strategy and initiatives at Bangkok Bank Innovation team. You will drive growth by strengthening our digital innovative proposition, and activities. You may apply insight, creativity, and collaborative leadership to drive initiatives that support customer awareness, customer engagement and deliver digital content related to innovation and digital products to the market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with a strong focus on Digital Products and Brand Building.
  • Manage and lead marketing initiatives, including work planning, budget management, and performance evaluation.
  • Lead endtoend branding and marketing activities, including brand and product awareness, innovation literacy, product launches, and promotions campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance manage vendor and team to deliver social media content and use insights to improve content effectiveness and strengthen brand presence.
  • Lead communication and manage content coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear internal rollout and campaign messaging in highquality marketing materials for timely execution.
  • Other assignments as instructed

What we're looking for

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with the capability to design effective strategies and integrated campaigns for diverse target audiences. Experiences involving mobile application marketing, user acquisition,onboarding, activation, and engagement journeys is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, funnel optimization, and datadriven decisionmaking across both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Insightdriven mindset, using data, performance metrics, and customer insights to optimize content, campaigns, and communication strategies.
  • Clear and structured communicator, capable of conveying messages effectively across teams and crafting communication that supports internal product rollouts.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working across teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving alignment toward common goals.
  • Enthusiastic and fun-loving professional with a passion for learning and a strong growth mindset

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, innovation, or related roles.
  • Strong working proficiency in both English and Thai.
