To provide support across partnership campaigns, content coordination, and internal team alignment for TTC & Friends. This role also manages specific sponsorship content (e.g., Pro Golf), while staying flexible to assist with various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
1. Partner Coordination & Support
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments with partners.
- Follow up on campaign assets, changes, or approvals.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents, and reports as assigned.
- Help maintain timely updates across internal teams (Event, Sales, Digital, Service, etc.).
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Collaborating with other marketing and sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.
- Responsible for assisting in the management and execution of an organisation&aposs social media strategy.
3. Sponsorship Content Coordination
- Act as the main liaison with TTC-sponsored partners.
- Manage shooting schedule, event coordination, and media asset delivery.
- Brief content ideas and work with editor/photographer to deliver planned materials.
- Ensure regular promotion updates are aligned with TTC brand messaging.
4. Campaign-Specific Presentation
- Responsible for assigned campaign decks and content presentations.
- Ensure layout and brand consistency.
- Present internally when needed (optional).
5. General & Miscellaneous Support
- Handle urgent or ad hoc tasks that arise across campaigns or projects.
- Provide coordination help as needed during event execution or partner visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs in Marketing, New Media or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years&apos experience in the marketing field.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Being proactive and reliable.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Must have a valid driver&aposs license and the ability to drive a car.
