Marketing Assistant Intern

LUMA's mission is to ensure our members live healthier, longer lives by providing them brilliantly simple insurance plans. We provide a range of simple, smart policies to global residents, expatriates, local nationals and groups of all sizes. At LUMA, we continuously adopt new innovations to make insurance easy to understand and easy to use.

We're looking for a creative and motivated marketing intern to join our team and support our international marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working on real campaigns, coordinating with global partners, and building skills in digital marketing, content creation, and vendor management.

What you'll do

• Research suppliers, influencers, content and video trends.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners (emails, messages, occasional calls).
• Help with social media and content:

- Draft short English captions and post ideas.

- Use AI tools to gather information and create outlines.

- Use Canva (or similar) to adapt simple visuals.

• Assist with admin tasks like getting quotes, updating trackers, and organizing assets.

Who we're looking for

• Currently living in Thailand and familiar with the local environment.
• Student or recent graduate from an international school or international university program.
• Very comfortable with social media and creating content.
• Use or is keen to use AI tools for work.
• Strong English (spoken and written). Thai is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, down-to-earth, and happy to help with a variety of tasks.
