Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Creative and Driven Real Estate Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and attract potential clients. This role focuses on digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance our impact in the real estate market.

Job Responsibility

- Design and execute strategic marketing plans to promote property listings across various platforms.

- Develop compelling content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO optimization, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance-driven initiatives.

- Coordinate and market virtual tours, open houses, and client-facing events to drive interest and conversions.

- Monitor market trends, analyze customer behavior, and evaluate campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Job Requirements

- Current students or recent graduates from ITE, Polytechnic, or University in Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields.

- Strong interest in digital content creation, branding, and social media marketing.

- Interest in photography, videography, and strong sense of aesthetics in content design.

- Excellent writing and content creation skills.

- Organized, proactive and able to multitask efficiently.
