We're looking for a
Marketing Associate to join our global marketing team and support the execution of campaigns across content, email, social media, paid and organic marketing campaigns. This is a
junior, hands-on, fully remote role with broad exposure to different areas of marketing and a clear opportunity to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
Responsibilities Include
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across Indigo Research's key markets.
- Help prepare and publish campaign materials, including landing page updates, promotional copy, social media content, and other marketing assets.
- Help create and film short-form social media content when needed, including simple video content featuring the team, students, mentors, or events.
- Support the Indigo Research blog by uploading and formatting articles, coordinating with contributors, and helping maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Create and update marketing assets such as flyers, presentations, webinar decks, eBooks, and other supporting materials using existing brand guidelines and templates.
- Support email campaigns and lead-nurturing communications.
What Skills And Experience You'll Need
- 1–2 years of marketing experience, including internships, part-time roles, freelance work.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner who is comfortable receiving feedback and applying it to future work.
- Excellent written English and the ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Comfortable creating content for social media and willing to appear in or film simple social media content when needed.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Marketo, Webflow are a plus.
