About The Job
The
Marketing Associate supports the day-to-day execution of La Cabra Thailand's marketing activities across social media, CRM, influencer collaborations, and third-party delivery platforms. This role ensures marketing deliverables are executed with high attention to detail, strong brand consistency, and clear alignment with La Cabra HQ.
This position requires a highly organized and proactive coordinator who can manage multiple timelines, work across teams, and support the brand's premium tone through accurate communication, content, and campaign execution. The Marketing Associate will also use
Notion as the primary tool for tracking projects, approvals, and timelines, ensuring smooth HQ alignment and structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Coordination
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, store launches, seasonal promotions, and key brand initiatives.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deliverable trackers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Operations, Store Teams, Management) to gather and confirm accurate information for campaigns and announcements.
- Support coordination of creative workflows including briefing, revisions, approvals, and final publishing readiness.
HQ Alignment & Brand Consistency
- Coordinate communications and approvals with La Cabra HQ to ensure brand alignment and consistent execution standards.
- Ensure all local marketing outputs follow brand tone, format, and global guidelines.
- Maintain structured tracking in Notion for projects, approvals, version control, and updates.
Social Media & Digital Support
- Assist with planning and execution of content across key social channels (including posts, stories, announcements, and promotions).
- Support copywriting and content preparation aligned to La Cabra tone of voice.
- Organize digital assets and ensure correct file usage, naming conventions, and brand material compliance.
CRM & Community Management
- Support CRM execution across Facebook, Instagram, and LINE Official Account, ensuring consistent customer-facing communication.
- Respond to customer comments and messages in a professional and timely manner, or coordinate responses with store teams when required.
- Track recurring customer questions and feedback and support improvement of FAQs, response scripts, and communication quality.
Influencers & Collaborations
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations from planning through execution.
- Support scheduling, content alignment, approvals, and on-ground coordination when needed.
- Manage follow-ups and basic outcome reporting (deliverables posted, engagement notes, key learnings).
3PD Management (Third-Party Delivery Platforms)
- Coordinate and support marketing-related updates across third-party delivery channels (e.g., GrabFood, LINE MAN, and other relevant platforms).
- Maintain accuracy and quality of listings including menu names, photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotional visibility campaigns.
- Coordinate with Operations team to confirm item availability, promo mechanics, and execution readiness.
- Monitor platform performance and customer feedback, highlighting recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support communication with delivery platform account managers when required.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Support basic weekly/monthly reporting on campaign performance and social media insights.
- Share key customer feedback and campaign learnings with the internal team to support continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, media, online marketing strategy, or digital marketing execution.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Strong communication and coordination ability; professional English communication is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in creative workflows including revisions, approvals, and production timelines.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Drive/Sheets, Notion, Figma.
- Strong interest in specialty coffee, bakery, caf culture, and hospitality brands.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and commitment to brand quality.
