About this job:

The Performance Marketing Associate (User Acquisition) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms for a wide range of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute user acquisition campaigns and utilize your communication skills to collaborate with external stakeholders such as partners, clients, and vendors. Additionally, creating presentations and reports for internal and external distribution is also a part of your role.

You will have the opportunity to expand your scope beyond gaming and into new industries as our business evolves.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
  • Construct a relevant file format (Spreadsheet and/or Presentation) to convey the marketing plan/strategy and detailed campaign operation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute and operate marketing initiatives across a vast range of activities.
  • Communicate and partner with external clients and vendors to drive success.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify results and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in any of performance marketing, digital marketing, lead generation, or user acquisition roles.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on programmatic platforms like Meta and Google is preferred
  • Proficiency in analytical skills, including data analysis and critical thinking
  • Experience in data analysis tools for marketing or MMP, such as GA4, Adjust, Appsflyer, etc, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (TOEIC 750+, IELTS 5.5, or equivalent)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and teamwork.
  • Outstanding organizational skills in campaign management and creative skills in campaign marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and meticulous attention to detail.
