Lead the planning and development of content strategies and monthly/weekly content calendars across the game's social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to ensure content aligns with game updates, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
Manage and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and community sentiment to extract insights and optimize future content strategies.
Conceptualize engaging content formats and narratives (e.g., gameplay highlights, community spotlights, memes, cultural moments) that resonate with Thai players and strengthen the game's presence locally.
Translate in-game events, updates, and campaigns into compelling social content directions and communication plans for official channels.
Prepare clear content briefs and creative directions for design and video teams to produce banners, visuals, and video assets for social and in-game promotion.
Lead community engagement initiatives by identifying opportunities to highlight player achievements, creators, and user-generated content.
Monitor community conversations and key sentiment trends, and surface important player feedback or emerging issues to internal teams.
Collaborate with campaign marketing, KOL/creator, and esports teams to align content narratives and support major campaigns or community activations.
Job Requirements
About 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related.
Creative and highly passionate about marketing.
Familiar with key social media platforms and trends (TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram).
Strong communication skills (Thai & English).
Strong project management and high attention to detail.
Passion for games, especially the shooter genre.
Hands on experience in creative marketing and content generation.
