Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead and execute creative content across our organic marketing channels including social media, Line Official, newsletters, and our mobile app. This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital marketing in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Create engaging, on-brand visual and written content for use across social media, newsletters, Line, and mobile app

Plan and develop short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) aligned with campaign objectives

Maintain consistent tone, look, and feel across all content assets

Social Media Management

Develop and schedule daily content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

Monitor performance and trends; adapt content strategy based on insights

Organic Marketing Campaigns

Support the creation of creative assets and messaging for newsletters, Line Official, blog posts, and in-app banners

Ensure content is aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field

Strong creative skills in copywriting (Thai + English) and visual storytelling

Experience with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.

Experience with Meta Business Suite and/or scheduling tools is a plus

Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks) are a strong advantage

Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

Owns a personal laptop and eager to learn in a startup environment

Fresh graduates with a creative mindset are highly encouraged to apply!
