Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to lead and execute creative content across our organic marketing channels – including social media, Line Official, newsletters, and our mobile app. This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, branding, and digital marketing in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

• Create engaging, on-brand visual and written content for use across social media, newsletters, Line, and mobile app

• Plan and develop short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks) aligned with campaign objectives

• Maintain consistent tone, look, and feel across all content assets

Social Media Management

• Develop and schedule daily content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms

• Monitor performance and trends; adapt content strategy based on insights

Organic Marketing Campaigns

• Support the creation of creative assets and messaging for newsletters, Line Official, blog posts, and in-app banners

• Ensure content is aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong creative skills in copywriting (Thai + English) and visual storytelling

• Experience with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and/or scheduling tools is a plus

• Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels, TikToks) are a strong advantage

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive

• Owns a personal laptop and eager to learn in a startup environment

• Fresh graduates with a creative mindset are highly encouraged to apply!
