Job Description

Position Description:

Responsible for managing documentation, managing marketing stock items, maintaining files and databases, helping with reports, assisting with campaign tracking results, handling day-to-day tasks, tracking brand operation expenses, and preparing all paying documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the branding team.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to brand marketing.
  • Coordinate the use of cars in event marketing.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and support in data analysis.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with agencies and other stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence and communication related to brand marketing.
  • Handle stocks for marketing items, monitor, and update the lists.
  • Fulfill any other tasks assigned by leaders to support the organization's overall goals.
  • Budget tracking and Billing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Own driver's license.
