We're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Assistant to support the planning, setup, and execution of iGaming campaigns across key lifecycle stages (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation). You'll help keep campaigns on track, ensure flawless delivery across channels, and support reporting and optimization.
What You'll Do
- Support the execution of campaign calendars (daily/weekly/seasonal) across email, push, SMS, in-app/on-site messaging, and pop-ups
- Coordinate campaign briefs, assets, and approvals with CRM, Design, Content, Product, and Ops teams
- Assist with audience pulls/segmentation requests and campaign setup in CRM/marketing tools
- QA campaigns before launch (links, targeting, offers/terms, formatting, tracking) and monitor live sends for issues
- Track results and maintain basic reporting (open/click, conversion, engagement) and post-campaign summaries
- Help with A/B tests (subject lines, creatives, timing, offers) and document learnings
- Ensure promotions and communications follow internal guidelines and responsible gaming/compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
- 46 years experience in marketing operations, CRM, campaign coordination, or digital marketing (iGaming preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performance reporting
- Clear written communication and strong coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with CRM/campaign tools (e.g., Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, OneSignal or similar)
- Basic HTML/email editing or familiarity with templates
- Experience supporting retention, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing campaigns
