Responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies that drive business impact, strengthen customer engagement, and ensure alignment across all communication touchpoints. Oversees end-to-end campaign planning, media strategy, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration with business units.

- Lead end-to-end marketing go to strategy with key focus in integrated marketing and media strategies to push acquisition, activation, and retention of target customer segments.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across online/offline, in-app, and off-app communication channels.
- Manage and elevate creative development, communication materials, PR activities, content, and promotional initiatives to support business objectives.
- Drive media planning, analysis, and performance optimization across all channels.
- Consolidate and align communication initiatives across business units to ensure a cohesive brand and strategic direction.
- Provide strategic direction and approve key communication materials (digital and print).
- Supervise briefing processes with designers, agencies, and procurement teams.
- Review and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all public-facing communications.
- Oversee advertiser coordination and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Manage non-paid media platforms (website/in-app) and ensure timely updates.
- Measure and report performance of campaigns, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage and control marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation.
- Evaluate customer research, market trends, and competitor insights to guide strategy.
- Partner with business units to plan, prioritize, and track campaign pipelines.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.

- 58+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media planning, or campaign management.
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability in digital marketing, PR/events, content development, and performance analytics.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
