Lead end-to-end planning and execution of key commercial campaigns (e.g., D-Day, ShopeeFood Day, Brand Campaigns) to drive business impact and growth
Define campaign strategy, mechanics, and communication direction, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Own and optimize in-app visibility strategy (e.g., placement prioritization, traffic allocation, key entry points) to maximize campaign exposure and performance
Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and performance gaps; initiate data-driven action plans to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Monitor and deep-dive campaign performance metrics; translate insights into clear recommendations and next steps
Drive cross-functional alignment across ShopeeFood and Shopee teams to ensure strong execution and resolve bottlenecks effectively
Act as the key owner of campaign timeline and delivery, ensuring high standards of execution and on-time launches
Guide and provide direction to team members or stakeholders to ensure consistency in campaign quality and execution standards
Prepare and present campaign performance updates and key learnings to management and regional stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields
5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or business development (experience in e-commerce or food delivery is a strong plus)
At least 2 years of experience in team management or leadership role, with the ability to guide, coach, and drive team performance
Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated ability to lead initiatives end-to-end independently
Proven ability to think proactively and strategically, with a strong bias for action
Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact campaigns simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
Data-driven with strong analytical thinking; able to turn insights into actionable plans
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
