Marketing Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of channel marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, partnerships, and content initiatives.
• Assist in managing relationships with channel partners and support co-marketing activities.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics and marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to support marketing planning.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking campaign expenditures.
• Coordinate promotional events, webinars, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Support the creation and localization of marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute new ideas and improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, channel marketing, or related areas
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and develop marketing expertise
