Job Description

  • Create engaging marketing presentations to key customers, showcasing Takasago's products, concepts, and innovations in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market movements and analyzing industry trends to strengthen partnerships.
  • Provide expert support on market information and consumer behavior learnings during customer meetings.
  • Plan and organize interactive workshops with regional teams to highlight new opportunities, ensuring smooth communication and execution of initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams and affiliates to support various marketing initiatives, ensuring all presentation materials and communications adhere to corporate standards.
  • Manage market product preparation and distribution across affiliates, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
  • Update product database and ensure accuracy. Lead new product evaluation sessions and communicate key updates to internal team.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams on consumer study activities to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Lead local-based consumer study projects, including field visits, system monitoring, home visit facilitation and report preparation.
  • Turning consumer insights data into actionable recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders to guide business direction and strategy.
  • Support ad-hoc projects or assignments when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degrees in Chemical, Biochemistry, or Cosmetic Sciences. Master's degree in marketing or international business will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing role, preferably within the fragrance, consumer goods or cosmetics industry.
  • Fluent in both Thai & English, written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking skills combined with solid conceptual and analytical expertise in marketing.
  • Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to analyze consumer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Confident in presenting marketing ideas and concepts to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with marketing/ AI generative tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Mintel, or Euromonitor is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in developing marketing strategies, conducting trend analysis, or providing customer-facing marketing support.
  • Excellence coordination and time management skills.
