Job Description

Our client is one of Thailand's leading insurance companies with a strong reputation built over decades. They are now seeking a Marketing Communication Director to spearhead the company's communication strategy.

In this role, you will work directly with senior management and collaborate closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders to strengthen brand reputation, elevate corporate communications, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals.

Strengthen brand positioning to build trust and differentiation in Thailand's competitive insurance market.

Provide strategic communication guidance to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Brand & Campaign Management

Lead brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across the organization.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, ATL, BTL, events) for product launches and promotions.

Ensure brand consistency across business units, partner channels, and customer touchpoints.

Review and approve all marketing materials to maintain brand quality.

Digital & Content Marketing

Oversee digital strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media, website content, and marketing automation.

Drive development of educational content covering insurance concepts, product features, claims, and customer stories.

Improve online customer experience to increase engagement and conversion.

Monitor digital analytics to optimize content and campaign performance.

Public Relations & Corporate Communications

Manage media relations, press releases, executive interviews, and thought leadership initiatives.

Protect and strengthen corporate reputation through proactive and timely communications.

Lead crisis communication planning and response.

Maintain relationships with media, regulators, and industry associations.

Customer & Distribution Communication

Develop communication toolkits and sales materials for agents, brokers, bancassurance partners, and digital channels.

Ensure clarity and accuracy of customer communications for onboarding, policy issuance, claims, and renewals.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to meet regulatory standards in insurance advertising.

Support distribution channels with tailored communication assets and campaigns.

Team & Budget Management

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing communications team.

Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure quality and efficiency.

Oversee marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Track performance metrics and provide insights to guide future strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

At least 10 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in insurance, banking, or financial services.

Fluent in English and Thai

Proven experience in brand building, digital marketing, PR, and campaign management.

Strong understanding of insurance customer journeys and regulatory communication standards.
