Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Digital Transformation:
- Develop and execute an end-to-end Digital Marketing Roadmap to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Craft dual-strategy communications:
- B2B (Architects, Contractors, Dealers): Focus on technical reliability, product innovation, and professional trust.
- B2C (Homeowners): Focus on emotional connection, home inspiration, and lifestyle trends.
- Drive the digital transformation of marketing activities, ensuring seamless integration between offline trade marketing and online channels.
2. Team Leadership & Management (Team of 16):
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of 16 talents (including Content Creators, Digital Marketers, and Graphic Designers).
- Optimize internal workflows and traffic management to ensure high-quality output within timelines.
- Foster a high-performance culture, transforming the team from execution-based to strategy-based mindset.
3. Campaign & Brand Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across all digital platforms (Website, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Line OA).
- Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and creative excellence.
- Monitor marketing analytics/data to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to support B2B acquisition and B2C retail promotions.
- Work with Product Development teams to translate complex technical specifications into market-friendly messages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Background:
- Must-have: Proven track record in a Large Corporate Environment OR a Leading Advertising Agency.
- Preferred: Experience in Construction Materials, Paint, Real Estate, or Home & Living industries.
- Managerial Skills: Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a mid-to-large team (10+ staff). Ability to manage creative workflows and resolve bottlenecks is crucial.
- Target Audience Expertise: Demonstrated ability to craft communication strategies for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools, Social Media Platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
