Job Description

The Marcomms Executive supports the execution of localised marketing and communication initiatives for Thailand businesses. This role focuses on coordinating translations, adapting content for the local market, managing vendors and budgets, and supporting day-to-day social media activities in line with global brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Translation & Localisation

  • Coordinate translation and localisation of marketing and communication materials.
  • Work with regional teams, language specialists, and external vendors to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Adapt global content to suit local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.

Campaign Execution

  • Execute localised marketing and communication campaigns aligned with approved global strategies.
  • Support localisation of digital content, print materials, presentations, training materials, and videos.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of all localised materials.

Project, Vendor & Budget Support

  • Manage assigned localisation projects and track progress against timelines.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, translators, and service providers.
  • Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and payment documentation using internal systems.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Thailand's social media platforms.
  • Create, localise, schedule, and publish content aligned with global campaigns and local audience preferences.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments where appropriate, and escalate issues when required.

Process Improvement

  • Support localisation workflows, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including the use of digital and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in localisation, translation project management, or international marketing.
  • Experience managing vendors and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of localisation processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in English; Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
