Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing and communication coordination, including scheduling, reporting, and presentations.
  • Manage agency and media relationships, social media, content creation, event management, and partnerships.
  • Actively create a strong image for the property in both international and regional markets.
  • Monitor competitors and highlight external business/political factors that may affect the property.
  • Manage all media inquiries (print, TV, etc.), photoshoots, interviews, and filming on the property.
  • Ensure all creative materials (local and international) are approved by the ONYX Brand Department before media submission.
  • Direct and coordinate photoshoots for editorial/advertising purposes and maintain an updated property photography library.
  • Act as the brand custodian for all internal and external communications, ensuring brand message consistency.
  • Oversee the production of all printed and digital collaterals (F&B, Marketing, Rooms) according to ONYX Brand specifications.
  • Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build community, increase awareness, and engagement across channels (including paid media and influencers).
  • Propose, implement, and assess strategic partnerships (e.g., airlines, credit cards) to drive bookings, guest acquisition, and retention across all revenue categories (rooms, F&B, wellbeing).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year+ as Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications or 4 years experience in Marketing Communications (preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel)
