About the Role

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Communication Manager to support the execution of KAIA's brand, marketing, and communications strategy. Based in Bangkok with regular travel to Koh Phangan, this role helps bring the KAIA brand to life through storytelling, digital marketing, partnerships, content creation, and guest-focused campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and connection.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing

  • Support the execution of KAIA's brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across all channels.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, launches, partnerships, and activations in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all guest-facing communications remain aligned with KAIA's brand identity, visual standards, and tone of voice.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage KAIA's social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate content creation across experiences, wellness, culinary, partnerships, events, and resort storytelling.
  • Support influencer collaborations, media visits, content shoots, and brand campaigns.

Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate digital marketing activities across social media, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website content in partnership with external agencies.
  • Manage and update digital platforms, website content, and travel-related listings.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies.

Partnerships & Brand Experiences

  • Support brand collaborations, PR initiatives, events, and community-focused activations that enhance brand awareness and guest engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating on-property experiences, media opportunities, and industry events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with resort operations and corporate teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and guest experience objectives.
  • Support project coordination, timelines, budget tracking, and campaign execution across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Experience within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, wellness, or travel brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, digital platforms, and campaign management.
  • Experience working with agencies, creative partners, and external stakeholders.
