Responsibilities:
1.International Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute annual marketing communication plans for international markets.
- Localize brand messages and creative assets based on regional insights, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Manage cross-market digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid media placements.
2.Brand Communications & Content
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all markets
- Oversee creation of multi-language content and multi channels
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Media Team, content Team, Chinese Business Team, Tour Agent Team to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage budgets across markets and ensure cost-effective execution.
4. Public Relations & Events
- Oversee international PR strategy, media relations, and press releases.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and roadshows for global branding.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in international or regional marketing (APAC, Middle East, INDIA preferred).
- Experience in luxury, beauty, travel retail, hospitality, healthcare, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural marketing and global consumer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing: paid media, social media, influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- High adaptability, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
