GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This is an execution and operations-focused role that delivers day-to-day marketing, events and client communications for SCB Julius Baer in Thailand. The Specialist coordinates internal and external stakeholders, manages logistics and production, administers marketing processes and ensures compliance with global brand and local regulations. This role is the operational engine that makes marketing initiatives and client experiences happen with precision and discretion.
KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION
Branding and Communication:
- Maintain brand standards across all materials.
- Adapt and produce client-facing content in Thai and English.
- Ensure compliance with internal approvals and local regulations.
- Manage content calendars for digital and offline channels.
- Localize global content for cultural relevance.
Marketing Activities and Client Experience Management:
- Coordinate projects and timelines for marketing and events.
- Support event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Handle guest lists, invitations, and post-event reporting.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and documentation.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 57 years in marketing, events, or corporate communications, ideally with senior stakeholders or premium clients.
- Banking or financial services experience preferred; private banking exposure is an advantage.
- Understanding of wealth management, client segments, and financial products is desirable.
- Ability to anticipate needs and service expectations of high-value clients.
- Strong Thai and English writing and speaking; capable of producing clear, professional materials.
- CMS / website: Basic content management and coordination with IT when needed.
- Microsoft Office: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
- Skilled in organizing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.
