Job Description
1.Event & Workshop Coordination
- End-to-end coordination of marketing events, including roadshows, product training sessions, and workshops (both TP-Link hosted events and joint events with our business partners).
- Liaise and collaborate effectively with sales teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle event logistics: prepare required equipment, create registration forms, manage attendee check-ins, and compile post-event participant data and reports.
- Support on-site event setup and provide general operational support during off-site marketing activities.
2.Marketing Materials & Inventory Management
- Manage the procurement, inventory levels, and replenishment of marketing premiums, merchandise, and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Oversee the internal withdrawal system, allocating materials and premiums based on team quotas and project requirements.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date log of stock balances in the marketing warehouse.
3.Financial & Administrative Support
- Handle all marketing-related expense processing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Coordinate closely with the Accounting and Finance department to track payments and vendor invoices.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Event Operations, Admin Support, or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in event organizing are welcome).
- Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (essential for inventory tracking, data summaries, and budget sheets).
-Good command of Canva (required for creating quick marketing collaterals, forms, or basic event visuals).
- Soft Skills & Attributes:
-Strong Service Mind: Passionate about supporting internal teams, sales staff, and external partners.
-High Attention to Detail: Precise in managing paperwork, tracking inventory counts, and event coordination schedules.
-Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude towards on-site work and physical event setups.
- Language: Good command of spoken and written English.
