Marketing Communications

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing & communication strategies across online and offline channels, including budget and timeline management.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, events, PR, media, and corporate communication activities while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website content, email marketing, social media campaigns, and CRM database.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, agencies, and external associations to deliver marketing and communication initiatives.
• Oversee marketing materials and corporate identity implementation, including advertising, brochures, sales kits, exhibitions, and publications.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, media, associations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 2-4 years experience in marketing campaigns, especially in the retail business.
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accountability, team player, enthusiasm and work well under pressure.
• Well organized, creativity, communication, and multi-task skills.
