About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, digitally-fluent B2B marketer with strong copywriting and SEO skills to join our growing marketing team. You're someone who lives online, understands how content actually performs in 2026, and isn't afraid to make logistics sound interesting (yes, it's possible).

You'll work directly under our CMO, supporting brand storytelling, blog production, SEO optimisation, and regional content campaigns that position Wayfindr as the global voice of 4PL.

This is a hands-on, creative role for a natural storyteller who can translate complex supply chain topics into content that educates, entertains, and converts.

Using AI tools to boost output speed is a must.

Written English Standard: Exceptional written English is non-negotiable. Your blog articles, emails, and copy must be publication-ready with zero editing required for grammar, tone, or fluency. This role lives and dies on the quality of written English nuanced, natural, and idiomatic. If you're reaching for a dictionary or leaning on AI to fix your sentences, this role isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do

  • Own blog content production research, write, and edit SEO/GEO-optimised articles that reflect our brand tone (smart, funny, human not corporate)
  • Partner with regional stakeholders across APAC, UK/EU, MEA, and the Americas to develop localised content that resonates with each market's ecommerce and logistics audience
  • Adapt global content pillars into region-specific campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance without losing brand consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to produce cohesive content aligned with our strategy
  • Manage the editorial workflow from keyword planning through to publishing and performance tracking
  • Contribute to broader marketing initiatives including email campaigns, case studies, and social content
  • Support SEO/GEO performance reporting using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Maintain brand voice across all content approachable, credible, occasionally self-aware about how boring logistics can be
  • Use AI tools intelligently to support and accelerate your production workflow, from research to outlines and content audits

What You Bring

  • Based in Asia or with working hours that overlap Asian time zones
  • 36 years of experience in B2B marketing, copywriting, or content production ideally in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce, or SaaS
  • Proven ability to write SEO/GEO-friendly, conversion-focused content that doesn't read like it was written by a robot (or a 1998 brochure)
  • Experience working with or creating content for multiple regional markets understanding that one size fits all is a myth
  • Exceptional written English is a given your work lands publication-ready, every time
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Confident AI tool user (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) you use AI to go faster, not to think for you
  • Experience managing content in a CMS (WordPress preferred)
  • Self-starter who manages deadlines, communicates proactively, and takes ownership without needing hand-holding

  • 4 high-quality, SEO-optimised blog articles delivered during the trial period
  • 4 blog updates: rewriting old blogs to fit the new AEO requirements
  • Helping the social media team with copywriting
  • Consistent updating of website pages & help creating new pages
  • Regional content that actually lands different markets, same brand
  • Consistent output that builds Wayfindr's authority as the global 4PL thought leader
  • Measurable growth in organic traffic and engagement from ecommerce and logistics audiences
  • A strong, collaborative relationship with the CMO and wider marketing team
