1. Corporate Core Values
- Create materials, stories, campaigns, and behaviors through content and events based on company core value .
- Monitor and measure employee understanding and engagement with core values through feedback, surveys, and digital analytics.
- Create toolkits and communication materials that help employees embed values in everyday work life.
2. Social Media Management
- Monitor the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) in alignment with corporate communication strategy.
- Implement content calendars with campaigns that support internal culture, employer branding, and external reputation.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and improvement recommendations.
3. Digital Content Creation
- Create high-quality, engaging, and creative digital content (text, image, video, infographic) tailored for various platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source stories, achievements, and events that reflect company values and people-first culture.
4. Digital Marketing & Employer Branding
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns for internal engagement and employer branding
- Support campaigns for talent attraction, internal recognition programs, employee events, and CSR initiatives.
- Monitor trends in digital communication and recommend innovative approaches to enhance engagement.
5. Internal Communication Support
- Assist in developing internal communication strategies to build an engaged and aligned workforce.
- Support the execution of internal branding materials and campaigns in collaboration with other departments.
- 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Communications, or Social Media Strategy or related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and developing content for corporate branding or cultural initiatives.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Proficient in digital tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, video editing apps, analytics tools).
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytics (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, paid media performance).
- Thai & English/Thai & Chinese language is a must
- Passion for organizational culture, internal communication, and branding.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
