Marketing Coordinator

Overview

This role is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Activation Coordinator to support event marketing and promotional activities across SME initiatives. This role will focus on event promotion, media coordination, and performance tracking to drive awareness, engagement, and attendance for key events, including bootcamps classrooms, on-ground activations, partnership events, and sponsorship events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Promotion

• Support planning and execution of promotional activities for online events and offline events
• Coordinate event communications and marketing materials across relevant channels
• Work with internal teams, Partnership Team, Business Development Team to drive event awareness, engagement, and attendance
• Support execution of bootcamp classroom, on-ground activations, partnership events, and sponsorship events

Media Support

• Coordinate media placements and campaign execution with performance team and external agency
• Monitor and track media performance, campaign results, and event-related metrics
• Prepare basic performance reports and post-event summaries with key insights
• Support campaign optimization through data collection and performance analysis

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event marketing, campaign execution, or related fields
• Experience supporting event-based campaigns, activations, or marketing events
• Basic understanding of digital media and paid ads performance tracking (e.g., Meta, Google, LINE Ads Platform)
• Positive Can-Do attitude with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Energetic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
