Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key marketing projects across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, excellent attention to detail, and 2–3 years of experience managing timelines, deliverables, and communication within a marketing environment. Experience using Jira or similar project management tools will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
- Support the end-to-end coordination of marketing projects including campaigns, events, product launches, and cross-department initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations Team-Leader to maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise between design, content, CRM, operation and development teams to ensure seamless alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Prepare project briefs, consolidate feedback, and ensure all materials meet internal standards before delivery.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Support the digital team in executing more localized advertising initiatives, including coordinating requirements and ensuring timely delivery of localized assets.
3. Process & Workflow Management
- Maintain structured workflows within Jira for all ongoing marketing activities.
- Ensure all projects follow the defined approval, QA, and handover process.
- Support the creation and upkeep of operational templates, checklists, and Confluence documentation.
4. Communication & Reporting
- Serve as a central communication point between internal teams and external partners.
- Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and next steps.
- Prepare summary reports and project documentation for management and internal reviews.
5. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in project execution and proactively propose solutions.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring all project risks are documented and mitigated effectively.
6. Local Media & Digital Support
- Assist in identifying and sourcing local media-buy opportunities and platforms/websites to support localized advertising execution.
- Coordinate with the digital team on localized campaign set-up support (e.g., ad specs, targeting requirements, creative localization needs) to ensure smoother activation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
- Familiarity with modern marketing workflows and cross-functional collaboration frameworks.
- Familiarity with local media-buy platforms/websites and an interest in supporting localized digital advertising efforts is a strong advantage.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity and marketing workflows is an advantage.
- Knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
