About the Role
Sarnies Group is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Communications & Coordinator to support execution across our brands in Thailand and Singapore. This role focuses on coordination, accuracy, and operational excellence ensuring campaigns, storefronts, and communications are correct, consistent, and aligned before going live. You will act as the execution backbone of the marketing team, helping multiple brands move efficiently without compromising standards.

What You'll Do
Campaign & Communications Coordination
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across channels
- Ensure messaging, pricing, and visuals are accurate before launch
- Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables
Platform & Storefront Management
- Update Grab, LINE MAN, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
- Coordinate new product launches and promotions
- Maintain master files for pricing, promotions, and calendars
- Conduct pre-live and post-live checks
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Review creative assets for accuracy
- Track revisions and approvals
- Coordinate POSM production and collateral rollouts
Social Media & Community Management
- Support post scheduling when required
- Manage comments and DMs professionally and on-brand
- Maintain response scripts and escalate issues appropriately
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain trackers and dashboards
- Consolidate customer feedback and insights
Who You Are
- 23 years of experience in marketing coordination or execution
- Highly detail-oriented and structured
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and timelines
- Strong written Thai and English
- Familiar with Grab, LINE MAN, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop (preferred)
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- F&B or hospitality experience is a plus.
