Job Description

  • Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Drive brand positioning initiatives to increase market penetration and elevate brand equity.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Guide the team on brand development, innovation initiatives, and campaign excellence.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget and track overall spending effectiveness.
  • Evaluate campaign ROI and channel performance to ensure cost‑efficient decision‑making.
  • Lead and mentor marketing managers across online, offline, and communications functions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to support organizational priorities.
  • Build strong partnerships with external business partners, agencies, and strategic collaborators.
  • Spearhead omni‑channel initiatives to increase customer reach and diversify sales channels.
  • Oversee brand communication strategies with media and advertising partners.
  • Introduce new tools, methodologies, and technologies to enhance operational performance.
  • Track departmental KPIs, ensure goal achievement, and escalate improvement areas.
  • Foster an innovative and high‑engagement team culture aligned with company standards.
  • Handle additional strategic activities as assigned by leadership

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy, budget planning, and ROI/ROAS analysis.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM, MarTech, and data‑driven marketing platforms.
