Marketing Director (Brand, Growth & Business Development)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead brand building, growth marketing, business development initiatives, and market expansion for a leading company operating in engineering, infrastructure, energy, and sustainability-related sectors.

This role is responsible for driving corporate brand positioning, generating new business opportunities, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and building a scalable marketing function that directly contributes to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and support business growth.
  • Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build corporate reputation and thought leadership among customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and government agencies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand revenue streams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Lead corporate communications, brand management, content strategy, public relations, and event marketing activities.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize marketing investments to maximize business impact.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team and manage external agencies and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, growth, or business development.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in building brands and driving business growth.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, event marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience working with B2B and/or B2G customer segments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
