The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Director should have:
- 10+ years of business experience, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing position.
- Proven track record in F&B, QSR, retail, or similar fast-paced consumer industries.
- Expertise in integrated brand, retail, and digital strategies, including e-commerce, CRM, and performance marketing.
- Experience managing significant marketing and media budgets
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing brand-building with performance marketing and understanding P&L, ROI, and market share dynamics.
- Skilled in data-driven marketing, CRM, CX, and direct response campaigns.
