Role Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for driving the marketing performance of Tri Vananda, translating strategic direction into measurable commercial outcomes.
This role leads campaign execution, channel strategy, lead generation, and conversion performance to support sales and brand growth.
The role ensures that all marketing activities are effectively planned, executed, and optimized to deliver strong return on investment and business impact.
This is a performance-driven leadership role focused on execution, efficiency, and commercial results.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
· 7–10 years of experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-end marketing
· Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
· Proven leadership and team management experience
· Experience in campaign management, media planning, and CRM
· Strong project management and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
· Translate strategy into actionable marketing plans
· Optimize channels, targeting, and campaign approach
· Monitor performance and adjust execution accordingly
· Ensure alignment with commercial objectives
2. Campaign & Channel Management
· Execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels
· Manage media, advertising, and promotional activities
· Coordinate campaign rollout across teams and partners
· Ensure alignment with brand guidelines
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
· Manage content distribution across digital platforms
· Optimize conversion and funnel performance
· Implement data-driven marketing practices
· Track and improve campaign effectiveness
4. CRM, PR & Partnerships
· Manage CRM and lead nurturing systems
· Oversee PR initiatives and media relationships
· Develop partnerships aligned with business objectives
· Strengthen market presence and engagement
5. Sales Enablement & Lead Generation
· Drive lead generation and conversion performance
· Align closely with Sales team priorities
· Develop tools and materials to support sales
· Monitor lead quality and pipeline performance
6. Budget & Performance Management
· Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
· Track KPIs and performance metrics
· Optimize ROI and marketing efficiency
· Provide reporting and insights for decision-making
Core Accountability
The Marketing Director is responsible for:
· Delivery of marketing performance aligned with commercial objectives
· Lead generation, conversion, and contribution to sales outcomes
· Execution of campaigns across all channels
· Optimization of marketing budget and ROI
· Alignment of marketing execution with brand standards
· Efficiency and effectiveness of marketing systems and processes
Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead the Tri Vananda marketing team with clear direction and accountability
· Align closely with Sales to support conversion and pipeline growth
· Collaborate with Brand Team to ensure aligned execution
· Manage agencies, media partners, and external vendors
· Coordinate cross-functional teams for integrated delivery
Success Measures / KPIs
· Lead volume and quality (contactable leads)
· Conversion rate from lead to site visit (Walks)
· Cost per lead and cost per walk
· Campaign performance across channels
· Effectiveness of CRM and lead nurturing
· Marketing ROI and budget efficiency
