About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing and PR functions in Thailand. This role is ideal for someone from internet or technology-driven companies, who is innovative, passionate, and deeply connected with the Thai media landscape. The individual will oversee a team of five, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and engagement across enterprise and SME segments.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution (Enterprise & SME)
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies (digital, content, events, partnerships, campaigns) to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives for new product launches and localized campaigns across Thailand.
- Build and optimize data-driven marketing funnels with measurable ROI.
- Oversee digital and performance marketing to strengthen brand presence and market growth.
Public Relations & Communications
- Drive corporate communications, media relations, and executive visibility efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Thai media, industry associations, and key opinion leaders.
- Oversee press releases, storytelling content, and media interviews that reinforce the company's mission and positioning.
- Manage crisis communications and uphold brand reputation across all channels.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 marketing and PR professionals.
- Foster a creative and high-performing team culture focused on innovation and execution excellence.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
Requirements
You will need a min Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within internet, technology, or fintech companies.
- Strong understanding of the Thai media and press ecosystem, with established relationships preferred.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, PR strategy, and digital performance marketing.
- A creative and analytical mindset, able to turn data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
