Job Description

Riviera Prawning is seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness and manage promotional events across our entertainment and F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage social media platforms and online marketing initiatives.
• Develop promotional programmes to increase customer traffic.
• Coordinate corporate events, tournaments and customer engagement activities.
• Establish partnerships with community groups, schools and businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance and return on investment.
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
• Create marketing content and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support customer retention and loyalty programme initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing or events management experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment or F&B industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
