Job Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives for anello and another new premium brand, across both online and offline channels. This role requires a highly organized, creative individual with a strong sense of fashion and brand aesthetics, as well as hands-on experience in KOL/influencer coordination, artwork briefing, and promotional campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution (Online & Offline)

· Support and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, offline platforms, retail stores (Free Standing &shop in shop) and events

· Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign rollout

· Assist in new collection launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities

· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints

2. KOL & Influencer Management

· Identify, Initiate, coordinate, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content creators

· Support campaign seeding, briefing, and content follow-up

· Monitor and evaluate KOL performance and campaign effectiveness

· Stay updated on influencer trends, especially within fashion and lifestyle segments

3. Creative & Artwork Development

· Prepare clear and effective artwork briefs (AW briefs) for graphic designers

· Collaborate with graphic designers & visual merchandiser to ensure outputs align with brand direction

· Review and provide feedback on marketing materials including social content, visuals, and in-store assets

· Maintain strong attention to detail in visual storytelling and brand aesthetics

4. Promotions & Campaign Mechanics

· Assist in developing promotion mechanics (e.g., discounts, bundles, GWP, collaborations) aligned with campaign objectives

· Coordinate execution across channels including e-commerce, social media, and department stores

· Coordinate with internal & external team to ensure that all promotions operate and execute effectively

· Ensure all promotional materials and communications are accurate and timely

5. Digital & Content Support

· Support day-to-day management of social media platforms and content calendars

· Coordinate content creation and posting schedules

· Monitor engagement and provide insights for improvement

6. Market & Trend Awareness

· Stay up to date with fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities

· Bring fresh, creative ideas to campaigns and content development

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field

· 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands

· Experience working with KOLs/influencers and campaign execution is a plus

· Understanding of creative processes and artwork briefing
