Campaign & Creative Development
- Lead and support end-to-end marketing campaign development, from ideation and concept creation to execution.
- Propose fresh and innovative creative ideas aligned with BEARHOUSE brand identity and customer passion points.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, and Product teams to ensure all assets meet campaign objectives and brand tone.
Campaign Management & Coordination
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Stores, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and senior management.
- Work with external partners such as agencies, production houses, and vendors to deliver materials on time and with quality.
- Monitor campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis.
Communication & Media Execution
- Develop and manage communication plans across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with media agencies on planning and execution.
- Ensure all communication materials align with brand messaging and visual guidelines.
- Support content briefing and review communication materials before launch.
Competitor & Market Trend Monitoring
- Monitor competitor campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with industry and pop culture trends relevant to the brand.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and creative direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or related fields
- 13 years in marketing, brand, or campaign management (F&B is a plus)
- Creative with strong storytelling mindset and trend awareness (social, KOL, youth culture)
- Strong coordination, project management, and ability to work under pressure
- Able to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva AI) to boost productivity
